Bio: As a senior member of Equity Trust's Self-Directed IRA and 1031 Exchange team, Kelsey's key role is to act as an educational resource and simplify the investment process for 1031 exchanges and retirement account holders. After obtaining her Bachelor of Science with a focus in Economics, she joined the Equity team in 2010. Kelsey has focused on assisting investors within the real estate markets for the last 16 years. Founded in 1974, Equity Trust has collaborated with real estate professionals for decades to provide national qualified intermediary services for 1031 exchanges and IRA administration for investments in alternative assets such as real estate syndications, direct real estate investing, and more.
