Topic:  A View from the Bench - trends in litigation & estate issues and how we as estate planners can do a better job spotting and resolving problems to keep our clients and their families out of court in the future.
 
Speaker Bio: Robert F. Koch, attorney, has practiced law in Florida since 1986, over thirty years.  For the past five years Robert has served as a general magistrate for the Twentieth Judicial Circuit serving Charlotte County.  
 
general magistrate is an attorney appointed to take testimony and recommend decisions on certain matters for the court. These recommendations are then reviewed by the judge and are generally approved unless contrary to the law or the facts of the case.

Charlotte County Red Dot Program:  Dee Hawkins from the Charlotte County Fire and EMS will be joining us for a short presentation on this program and other programs to benefit our clients and seniors in Charlotte County.
