The Charlotte Estate Planning Council is an association dedicated to enhancing the proficiency of advisors who are active in the field of estate planning and who share a commitment to professional growth through education and cooperation. Our membership is open to all professionals serving those with estate planning needs, including but not limited to accountants, attorneys, financial planners, bankers, trust officers, guardians, insurance agents, real estate agents, and nonprofit organization leaders.

 

    The Charlotte Estate Planning Council was created in Charlotte County, Florida to: 

  • Support an interdisciplinary approach to estate planning for local professionals through education, communication and the open forum of council meetings and events.
  • Foster community awareness of the benefits of estate planning and to promote long-term, ongoing relationships with local estate planning professionals.
  • Provide resources for best practices through programs, networking, and furnishing referral opportunities for both professionals and members of the public.

 

 


Charlotte Estate Planning Council is affiliated with the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils and joining can fulfill the requirement of belonging to an affiliated local estate planning council to become an Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) designee.
