Koch, attorney, has practiced law in Florida since 1986, over thirty years.  For the past five years Robert has served as a general magistrate for the Twentieth Judicial Circuit serving Charlotte County.   \n  \nA general magistrate is an attorney appointed to take testimony and recommend decisions on certain matters for the court.
